ZNZ Jewelry is strictly an online store. This way we keep our prices low and affordable for you, our customers.
How do we order?
Complete the steps via Shopping Cart. We will be alerted of your order via email. Once we have checked if your order is available we will send you a reply email with our bank accounts for deposit payment. Take a photo or screenshot of your deposit slip and send it back to us at our email (email@example.com). Your order will be shipped and tracking number will be sent to you via email.
How much is the shipping fee and how long is the shipping?
Shipping is 3-5 business days and costs P300+ (depending on order amount) anywhere in the Philippines. For orders outside the Philippines, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. How can we pay our order?
We accept payment via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Gcash, Palawan, Western Union. For international orders, aside from Western Union, you can also send your payment via WorldRemit or Remitly. Account numbers will be given to you after you have completed your order via our Shopping Cart.
3. How much does it cost to resize a ring?
Some rings can't be resized. But for Rings that are resizable there is a fee of P500 or up depending if it requires labor only or more gold is needed to be added for your desired ring size. Please send us an email at email@example.com if you have more questions.
Are you really selling authentic gold jewelry?
Yes! We only sell real pawnable jewelry. Absolutely no Fakes or Jewelry with no value. We will refund if we sell you fake jewelry.
Note: Today, we have expanded our jewelry line to selling 925 silver jewelry which is not pawnable. All details are provided in the description so please read carefully before placing an order.
How to determine your ring size?
- Wrap a strip of paper around your finger.
- Mark the point where the two ends meet.
- Measure the paper against a ruler to get the circumference of your finger.
- Look up your ring size using the form below. Refer to the DIAMETER column.
Can I return/exchange the jewelry I received?
We have a no refund or return or exchange policy.
How do I make a purchase?
Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the "Buy Now" button. You will then enter the shopping cart area to view your list of items for purchase. If you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted for shipping & payment information. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.
Do you send printed catalogues?
As our product inventory is constantly evolving to keep up with the trends, Affordagold Jewelry Philippines does not carry a print catalog. We feature all of our products on our website.
What are my payment options?
Affordagold Jewelry Philippines accepts bank transfer payments via BDO, BPI, Metrobank. We also accept money remittance via Western Union, Palawan Express.
What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Philippine Peso
How do I order online?
Placing an order online is easy and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to offer shipping to the United States and other countries via DHL or Fedex.
Are online transactions secure?
Affordagold Jewelry Philippines assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped.
What are Affordagold Jewelry Philippines' shipping methods?
We use LBC to ship all orders. Fedex and DHL for international orders.
How long does it take to receive products?
All orders typically arrive between 2-5 business days after shipment via LBC. For custom orders, shipping may take longer.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we accept rush orders for an additional fee of P500.
Can Affordagold Jewelry Philippines engrave rings for me?
We offer free engrave on all wedding rings. However all sales on personalized items are final and can not be returned.
What is your refund policy?
At Affordagold Jewelry Philippines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. If we sell you fake gold jewelry when it was declared to be real, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return. We will not accept any returns beyond 14 days. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that we can not accept returns for personalized or engraved items.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Affordagold Jewelry Philippines offer a service to gift wrap items?
Unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrapping service at the present time. However, our jewelry already comes in its own jewelry box.
Does Affordagold Jewelry Philippines have an online affiliate program?

What if I find catalog or website errors?
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.
What if my package has been damaged during shipment?
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing.
What if my package is refused or undelivered?
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
